Bookhoover is based in Germany. Our products are shipped via DHL as Warenpost or Paket GoGreen. Bookhoover is responsible for delivering the goods to the designated location in the buyer's country. We ship to the European Union. If your country is not listed, please send us an inquiry to contact@bookhoover.com and we will find a solution.

Delivery Time

The estimated normal delivery time is 5 - 7 business days in the EU (may be longer in remote areas), as each copy is individually made to order. The actual delivery time itself cannot be guaranteed due to possible problems related to the transport company, which are beyond our control.

 

Returns

You can return your order, provided it is undamaged, within 14 days of receiving your original order for a refund.

Return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. The risk of loss or damage to the product during transport to us is borne by the buyer. We recommend using a traceable shipping method for your protection. If the product is damaged or accessories originally included in your purchase are missing, Bookhoover® reserves the right to either refuse the return or charge for damage to the product and missing parts.
